Hi, this is my blog.

I’ve started a blog. I’ve abandoned a blog. I’ve started a blog. I’ve deleted a blog. I started...you get the point.

So, why try again? Because this one won’t be so damn self-important. Yes, yes, I think about very important subjects. I have two pieces of paper that say I know how to think about things of importance, but lots of people think about those things, and besides, that’s not all I think about. Sometimes I think about silly things. Sometimes I think about important things, but don’t have the time or ability to write an analytical critique of them. Sometimes I'm just pissed and want to tell the world.

The other thing that has tripped me up about starting and keeping a blog is trying to pick one subject-that's what you're supposed to do, right? Cause, who really does think about only one thing? I don’t only think about weddings, or video games, or the social crises of modern society (though I'll probably write about them at some point). And, you know, other folks have already thought to make blogs about one thing that is fun and you can make an Urban Outfitters book about, like cakes, or cute things, or poorly placed quotations.

So here we go. Here is a blog about everything and nothing. Hopefully its interesting. If not, check out those other ones to the right. But, thanks for stopping by!
